About Us
In 1974, Bob Ontiveros saw an opportunity to live the American dream and build a company for himself and his family. Nearly 50 years later, the packaging company he originally founded out of the back of his station wagon - Group O, is ranked by the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as one of the top Latino-owned businesses in the country. Group O is an End-to-End business process outsourcing provider specializing not only in packaging, but supply chain and incentive marketing solutions. Headquartered in Milan, Illinois, and with major operations in Minnesota and Texas, Group O employs more than 1,200 professionals with diverse industry experience in optimizing inventory, materials, logistics, fulfillment, and customer engagement. Group O has grown into a thriving $900 million enterprise with world-class industry experience and remains under the leadership of the Ontiveros family.
